dc.description.abstract Background: Cerebral palsy (CP) is a group of neurological disorders that affect movement, muscle tone, and posture, typically caused by damage to the developing brain either during pregnancy, childbirth, or early infancy. Physiotherapy rehabilitation plays a significant part in the management of CP. Two types of rehabilitation service delivery models: institution-based (IB) and community-based rehabilitation (CBR)/outreach-based (OR) approaches aim to provide affordable and appropriate support to individuals with disabilities. This study was therefore aimed to evaluate the satisfactory level among mothers of children with cerebral palsy in outreach program. Methodology: A quantitative cross sectional type survey approach was adopted. Total 85 participants were participated during data collection. Data was collected from May, 2024 to July, 2024. Inclusion criteria Selected from indoor paediatric department of CRP who have completed outreach program & only mothers of cerebral palsy children. Participants were selected by convenience sampling strategy. A statistical test has been conducted as per the distribution of data. Inferential statistics has been performed by Binarry Logistic Regression test. Here Alpha (α) value has been set as <0.05. Result: The study showed that the number of boys was 52 (61.2%) and girl was 33(48.8%). Their mean age was 36.87 months and standard deviation were ±22.077. Their mother’s mean age was 25.84 years and standard deviation were ±3.804. Among those mother’s 19 (22.4%) were service holder and 66 (77.6%) were housewife. In satisfaction score, total score’s mean was 36.62 and the standard deviation was ±8.738. And overall satisfied participants were 57 (67.1%) and dissatisfied were 28 (32.9%). In Binary logistic regression there had not found any co-relation between the overall satisfaction (Dependent variable) and other factors such as, Age, mother’s education, mother’s occupation, family support (Independent variable). Conclusion: Among all the participants statistically most of the mothers have been found to be satisfied about the outreach program. Very less participants were dissatisfied about the outreach program. Keywords: Cerebral Palsy, Satisfaction, Outreach Program. en_US
